What Zoo Animals Can You See on Safari

Safaris are becoming more popular, as the human race gets more in touch with their natural side. People are absolutely fascinated by animals and their movements, but for a lot of people going on Safari is something that they just cannot afford in this current economical climate. So the next best matter would genuinely have to be the local zoo. But what type of Safari animals can you expect to see in the local animal zoo? Let us take a closer look.

Black Rhinos

Black Rhinos are very rare to find outside of Africa, but there are a couple of places that they can be seen in the UK. You should bring your camera with you because it really is a once in a life time opportunity.

Tigers

You do not want to get too close to the African tigers, but once again they can be a really beautiful animal to follow and take pictures of. Tigers which have been brought over to UK zoos are much more common then the black Rhinos, you can probably see them numerous times in your trip.

Gorillias

Gorilla’s are some of the most amazing and intelligent of all the animals, simply because of the fact that they are so similar to human beings. They are always amazing to watch.

Giraffes and Elephants

African Giraffes and Elephants are again a common sight in UK zoos; they are a very common animal to come across and can live in various different conditions and locations throughout the entire world. Once more another huge but gentle and loving animal which can be admired for hours upon hours.

Safaris are a cracking way to explore a animals natural home ground and although a zoo gives you a glimpse of these animals it is genuinely not the same.
